JENNIFER Lopez proved that she’s still top of the crops as she showed her abs after a killer work out in Miami on Wednesday.

The 50-year-old actress, who is currently playing a stripper on the big screen in Hustlers, was in her skimpy workout gear, as she left the gym alongside her fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

She had clearly been working-out hard as she emerged with her hair swept away from her glowing face.

The beauty – who became engaged to former baseball star Alex earlier this year – wore a plunging blue sports bra and coordinating polka dot yoga pants from one of her favorite brands, Niyama Sol.

Her eyes were protected from the Florida sunshine with mirrored shades and box-fresh white trainers completed her fitness style.

J-Lo made sure to flash the enormous engagement ring given to her by Alex during his proposal in the Bahamas earlier this year.

The former New York Yankees player was also at the gym alongside his wife-to-be and carried his shoes as he stepped outside barefoot.

Jennifer looked to be keeping ripped after upping the ante with her fitness to play a pole dancer in her movie Hustlers.

Though the star has an extensive dancing background she revealed that training for Hustlers – which is about a group of strippers who con wealthy men – was a huge challenge.

Learning the skill was ‘definitely one of the hardest things [she’s] ever done physically’, she told a new behind-the-scenes documentary.

“It’s rough on your body. It’s real acrobatics, but I’m just trying to learn the mechanics right now,” she said in Making of Hustlers: Conquering the Pole.

“Strippers have lots of time to practice. They’re there every night… So they start learning little by little, but we have to do a crash course.”
