After the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Cincinnati Bengals with a field goal as time expired, the celebrating for Patrick Mahomes, Taylor Swift, and others was not done upon departing Arrowhead Stadium.

Swift and several others headed to the Mahomes’ residence to attend Patrick’s 29th birthday party.

Swift was pictured at the event with fellow Chiefs WAGs Chariah Gordon and Sheawna Weathersby, the partners of Mecole Hardman and Chris Jones respectively.

Brittany Mahomes shared a behind-the-scenes look at the extravaganza for her man on Instagram, showing clips of him blowing out his birthday candles, a huge No 29 decal, and photos of Patrick as a child.

Swift was invited to the party after not sitting with Brittany Mahomes for the second straight game to start Kansas City’s season.

Swift was pictured at Patrick’s birthday bash in photo booth print-outs alongside Gordon and Weathersby.

Mahomes actual 29th birthday falls on Tuesday.

Swift also appeared to be in the same stylish outfit she wore when attending the Chiefs game earlier in the day.

The ‘Anti-Hero’ singer donned a long Chiefs t-shirt, knee-high black boots and gold jewelry. She arrived alongside her mother, Andrea, her brother, Austin, and singer Danielle Haim.

Already a fixture in news cycles, the pop star was again the topic of national discussion on Sunday after Donald Trump wrote ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!’ in all capital letters on Truth Social.

Swift’s recent endorsement of Kamala Harris’ presidential bid drove a reported 338,000 visits to Vote.gov, a federal voter registration website that she linked to in last week’s Instagram post about the Vice President.

Swift’s endorsement post has over 11 million likes as of Sunday afternoon.

Trump had already criticized her this week, saying that he likes ‘Mrs. Mahomes much better,’ in a reference to Brittany, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick. Brittany recently voiced support for Trump’s 20-point platform by ‘liking’ one of his campaign’s Instagram posts. She has since been praised and criticized by conservatives and liberals over her support for Trump.

Swift’s boyfriend and close friend of the Mahomes’, Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce, was not pictured at the event, but was likely there due to his 14-time Grammy Award winning girlfriend being in attendance.

Swift nor Kelce have commented on Trump’s post to Truth Social.

Later Sunday after Trump’s message to Swift, multiple shots were fired at Trump National Golf Club in West Palm Beach on Sunday with the Republican nominee for president on sight.

The FBI says the former President and current Republican candidate for the Oval Office was the target of an attempted assassination on Sunday at his club in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was uninjured while the alleged shooter, Ryan Wesley Routh, was arrested.

This is the second failed assassination of Trump during the 2024 campaign after he previously survived a shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.

That shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, missed Trump but killed Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-in attendance at the rally. Crooks was ultimately killed by Secret Service snipers.

Routh was captured alive and appeared in federal court on Monday morning.

The lingering question about Swift on Sunday was whether political differences would prevent Swift and Brittany from reuniting at Arrowhead Stadium. In Week 1’s NFL opener, Swift was in a luxury box alongside Gordon.

Notably absent from Swift’s box was her friend Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

That helped fuel speculation that there may be a rift between the two because of political differences.

But, as Daily Mail sources said after the first game of the season, there’s no bad blood between the two.

The pair had been spotted out at a swanky Kansas City cocktail bar after the first game of the 2024 season, celebrating the start of another NFL campaign.

Swift and Mahomes were also spotted together enjoying the men’s singles final at the US Open last Sunday, alongside their NFL beaus.

As Taylor Fritz was defeated by Jannik Sinner, Brittany and Taylor were seen warmly embracing while the drinks flowed in their suite (not including Brittany, who is pregnant).

The four were later spotted in Manhattan going to a lavish dinner at Meduza Mediterrania.

But since then, Swift has fully endorsed Harris – whereas before, it was only rumored.

Brittany has also been subject to some pretty brutal trolling from fans of Swift’s in recent days since the endorsement.

But a source exclusively told DailyMail.com that they ‘respect that they have different views’ and have made a ‘pact’ to avoid discussing politics last month.

It remains to be seen if the friends will be seen together off the field.

Swift has been far from hidden at Chiefs games despite not sitting with Brittany. On Sunday, as Kelce ran out of the tunnel and onto the field, he did his signature bow-and-arrow pose, to her amusement.

Swift did not seem affected by Trump’s social-media outburst, waving her hands in front of her face at the sight of her man’s entrance.

Swift also took a drink from her steel cup, with Kelce’s No 87 in yellow and red on it, and was cheering loudly for her boyfriend.

Kelce’s signature pose resembles an archer shooting an arrow, which has meaning to both him and his girlfriend.

Swift’s song, ‘The Archer’, was part of her Eras Tour set list until May when it was cut to make room for songs from her new album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department.’

Kelce has been doing the pose longer than he has been dating Swift. There is no doubt he did the pose with her in mind before facing Cincinnati.

Swift did the archer pose on stage at Wembley Stadium as part of her Eras Tour back in August as she transitioned to the song ‘So High School.’ It is widely thought Swift wrote the song about Kelce.

Kelce was in the crowd in London that night alongside brother Jason Kelce. Travis himself got on stage at the Eras Tour the next night as one of Swift’s backup dancers.

On an episode of ‘New Heights’ that was released last October, weeks into Swift and Kelce’s public romance, Travis detailed by he adopted the archer pose as part of his entrance.

‘I do the archer pose when I enter the stadium because I wanted to do something when I ran out of the tunnel,’ Kelce said. ‘You know, what’s really been motivating for me is to dream big. Always shoot for the stars. So I’m always out there shooting for the stars.’

The Chiefs are now 2-0 on the season and have not lost a game since last Christmas to the Las Vegas Raiders. Kansas City is now 12-3 overall with Swift in the stands.
