They were performing to raise money for a children’s charity, but Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony put on a very grown-up performance last night.

The couple, who have been married since 2004, stood in a near embrace during their concert and at one point leaned in for a passionate kiss.

Staring into one another’s eyes, they were full of smiles as they showed off their close relationship.

Draped in a silver Kaufman Franco gown, Jennifer, 41, dazzled the crowd alongside Marc as they sang back-to-back duets.

The couple were performing on-stage at a charity telethon in Mexico City, in aid of disabled children.

Their performance was warmly received, but their public display of affection is what everyone is still talking about.

The couple delivered more than just lip service – they also made an undisclosed donation to the telethon.

The telethon hit close to home for Jennifer, who can identify with wanting to give children the best possible chance at bright future.

‘I am a mother too and every one of those kids are like mine,’ she told Mexican news outlet, Entretencion.

With their help, money raised from the telethon will help aide in building more children rehabilitation centers across Mexico.

Although Jennifer already juggles a hectic life as a wife and mother to twins, Max and Emme, two, and filming her first season as a judge on American Idol, she won’t allow it to get in the way of her charitable work.

As the new spokesperson for the Boys and Girls Club, Jennifer told Us magazine she credits the youth organization for giving her the opportunity to get in front of the audience.

‘[I was}that little girl from the Bronx, running to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club to sing and dance and perform for the first time in front of an audience,’ she said.
