Jennifer Lopez’s New $21 Million Estate Shows Her Brand New Start Far Away From Ex Ben Affleck
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have officially moved on, both being officially single and dating again. Not only that, but they both reportedly have new homes. While we know that they’re trying hard to offload their $61 million mega-mansion, Affleck has moved onto the neighborhood of Brentwood, and now, Lopez has bought another mega-mansion for herself that’s nowhere near Affleck.
In details obtained by TMZ, Lopez has bought a $21 million Los Angeles estate, which couldn’t be farther from her ex Affleck. Despite musings of her looking at neighborhoods close to his Brentwood bachelor pad, we now know she’s seemingly starting new with a lavish new home.
Her new 2.5-acre Hidden Hills estate is the definition of dreamy with a 10,046-square-foot main house that has a private theater, gym, huge kitchen, and more. Along with that, her new home has a a barn, stables, a guest house, and a pool, to name a few.
Plus, she’s not the only star who’s lived there: it was previously owned by John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival and Sylvester Stallone; making it a truly A-list home.
