The two-time Oscar winner – father to daughters Violet, 18, and Seraphina, 15, and son Samuel, 12, who he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 52 – was most recently photographed shopping for vintage clothes with his son.

However, the father-son bonding moment seemed to be tainted when eagle-eyed DailyMail.com readers spotted that the actor stepped out with his pants unzipped as they joked he had been ‘interrupted on the toilet.’

On Monday, Ben was photographed wearing a button-up mint green shirt with khaki slacks and light brown suede shoes.

He also sported a pair of sunglasses that dangled from his shirt and a spiffy watch on his hand.

However, he seems to have overlooked an important component of his outfit.

The actor – who has been spotted without his wedding ring this month – was seen with his fly open as he walked through the streets of LA.

His appearance sparked frenzy among many fans as they took to the web to share their thoughts after DailyMail.com published the snaps of the actor walking around with his fly down.

‘Ok so he’s now walking around with his flies open. This guy is just gross,’ one commenter wrote.
