This is the amusing moment a black bear is discovered laying down on a discarded mattress, just hanging out by a garbage dump!
Black bear sightings in the area are not unusual for the local residents, especially by a garbage dump, however this sighting caught Keira Mamakwa by surprise!
She was visiting the dump in the early evening when she saw the bear lying on the discarded mattress and she took a series of photos. Immediately, Keira Mamakwa used her phone to take pictures of this lovely bear. She laughs as she says, “The bears here are so funny.”
The bear even sat up and looked at an in-wonder Keira at one point, as if to say, “would you care?”
He appears to be extremely comfortable, and I’m guessing he’ll never want to sleep in a den without a mattress again, lol! Thanks for the great pic!
