Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of country music artist Wynonna Judd, was taken into custody on August 3 in Georgia on three misdemeanor counts. This marks her second arrest in just four months. According to police records, Kelley, daughter of Wynonna Judd and her first husband, Arch Kelley III, was held at the Carroll County Jail for one day and released on a $2,750 bond.

As per court documents obtained by US Weekly, the recent charges include driving with a suspended or revoked license, evading or attempting to elude an officer, and improper use of motorcycle equipment. This arrest follows an earlier incarceration in April 2024.

Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, was arrested last week. However, this isn’t her first time facing issues with the authorities. As reported by Us Weekly, Kelley was arrested in Alabama for allegedly flashing motorists off the road at the crossroads of Roadway 14 and Interstate 65 in Millbrook, Alabama, on April 5.

According to authorities, Kelley refused to identify herself and sat down on the side of the road when they attempted to arrest her. Following this incident, she was taken to the Elmore County Jail, where she was charged with several misdemeanors, including soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and disrupting government operations.

On April 17, her bond was raised to $2,500 from the initial $2,000. Kelley later appeared at the Millbrook Municipal Court, where the prostitution allegation was dropped and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to a lesser penalty of lewd conduct.

During Judge Bradley Ekdahl’s hearing, Kelley acknowledged the charges of indecent conduct and impeding government operations. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended and a $200 fine for the alleged indecent behavior. She was further sentenced to 90 days in prison, with 30 days suspended, and a $500 fine for interfering with official business.

In addition to being ordered to serve the final 39 days of her 60-day sentence, Kelley received credit for time spent in jail. At the time, she owed court expenses and fines totaling $1,122.

At the time, David Musgrove, Kelley’s public defender, told Fox News Digital that the family preferred to handle things quietly. He added:

“The most serious charges against my client were dismissed. The judge was fair with her, and she comported herself well in the courtroom and was polite and respectful with the judge and with the police officers. I expect she will be released before too long.”

Kelley has a lengthy history of legal issues, beginning with her arrest for meth possession in 2016. Wynonna Judd’s daughter entered a guilty plea that year to the charges of distribution, sale, and possession of methamphetamine synthesis.

She eventually received a jail sentence for breaking her probation and fleeing a court-mandated drug treatment program. In 2016, Kelley was sentenced to an eight-year term but was released after six years and placed on parole.

According to the Daily Beast, Wynonna Judd’s daughter was reportedly released from jail in December 2022. However, in May 2023, she was again arrested for breaking a restraining order, violating parole, and breaching an order of protection. Only five months later, in October 2023, she was freed again.

Neither Wynonna Judd nor Kelley has publicly commented on these recent events.
