Post Malone has an ever-growing tattoo collection. Apart from his music, Malone is a die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan. From wearing blue jerseys to support his favorite team, to opening a Cowboys-themed Raising Cane’s restaurant in 2023, Malone has done it all.

In an interesting turn of events, the Circles singer had to add Kansas City Chiefs tattoos, despite it being the Cowboys’ rival team. On the New Heights Podcast, Travis Kelce told his brother Jason Kelce, that Malone has tattoo signatures by himself and Kansas City star Patrick Mahomes. Post Malone got the tattoos after he lost a bet to Kelce and Mahomes following the Super Bowl in 2020.

During the Season 2 finale of the New Heights Podcast, Kelce Brothers talked about their past experiences of Super Bowl. Travis talked about Super Bowl 2020, when the Kansas City Chiefs beat San Francisco 49ers. He revealed that he and Patrick Mahomes went to Malone’s concert in Kansas City after their win.

Before the concert, Post Malone invited Kelce and Patrick to play a beer bong game. Travis added that they were beating Malone in the game, when he introduced a bet. Malone promised to get the NFL stars’ signatures tattooed if he loses to them. He said,

“[Malone] had a tattoo artist sitting right there, he just happened to be right there in the back room.”

He added,

“We beat him, put our signatures on a piece of paper and I’m pretty sure after the show, he went straight over to that tattoo artist and got it tattooed.”

Travis told his brother that apart from the signatures, Post Malone also has a Chiefs logo inked on his body. Impressed by the gesture, Travis said,

“Man of his word, which I f***ing respect.”

This was not the first time Malone placed a bet to get tattooed. In 2022, Post Malone had promised that he will get “88” tattooed on his face. He told former Dallas Cowboys star Michael Irvin that he will get it done if the Cowboys win Super Bowl.

Although the Dallas Cowboys did not win the Super Bowl, Malone has continued to be a loyal fan. Fast forward to the 2024 Super Bowl, Patrick Mahome’s wife Brittany was seen taking off the Cowboys jacket. She replaced it with a Chiefs jacket after their big win against San Francisco 49ers.

Post Malone has been a Dallas Cowboys fan ever since he moved to Dallas at age 9. In honor of his love for the team, the Sunflower singer is often spotted wearing the blue Varsity jacket during his concerts and the Super Bowl.

After losing a bet with Kansas Chief, Travis Kelce, Malone got three tattoos for his rival team. Kelce appreciated Malone’s gesture and fondly remembered the moment. More recently, Malone performed at the 2024 Super Bowl and sang his rendition of America The Beautiful. At the afterparty, Malone was asked to wear the Chiefs Varsity jacket by Mahome’s wife, Brittany.
