Fans have gathered clues that point to difficulties within Ben and Jen’s marriage

JENNIFER Lopez liked a recent Instagram post about broken relationships, fueling speculation that her marriage to Ben Affleck is in trouble.

JLo, 54, has further fueled fan speculation after liking the cryptic post on Instagram Thursday.

Relationship coach Lenna Marsak created the March 19 post, which discussed the difficulties in a relationship without “integrity and respect.”

The carousel contained several slides of text, starting with one that read, “You cannot build a healthy relationship with someone who lacks integrity and emotional safety.”

The message continued, “Why? Trust is the foundation of any relationship. Without integrity, it’s difficult to trust someone’s words, actions, or intentions.

“This can create an environment of fear, anxiety, and emotional instability, making it challenging to feel safe and secure in the relationship.”

The lengthy post featured slides with suggestions about how to spot someone with ill intentions within a relationship.

Lenna’s carousel concluded with the words, “Without clarity, we don’t know where we stand.

“There is no clear direction; there is no stability or foundation for growth.”

She penned in the caption, “You can’t build a relationship with someone who is disconnected from themselves.

“We can’t expect someone to see us when we can’t even see themselves.

“Getting in a relationship is the easy part. Nurturing & fostering it is a different story.

“After all, love is not a feeling, it’s action,” she closed.

MOVING OUT?

After her solo appearance at the Met Gala, a source revealed to InTouch that Ben has “reached a breaking point.”

They shared that the Deep Water actor has “moved out” of their home and their relationship is “over.”

“They’re headed for a divorce and for once [Ben’s] not to blame,” the outlet wrote.

“He’s focusing on his work and kids now.”

Ben and his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, share three children, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

Meanwhile, JLo has twins Max and Emme, 16, with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

The insider continued telling InTouch that they’ll likely have to “sell the dream house they spent two years searching for.

“They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her.

“There’s no way it could have lasted,” the source shared.

RELATIONSHIP JOURNEY

Ben and Jennifer have been engaged twice – first in 2002, though their ceremony was postponed.

The couple insisted at the time that they delayed their wedding due to an abundance of media attention, despite cheating rumors that surrounded the actor.

By 2004, they had called off their nuptials.

After other marriages and relationships, they rekindled their romance 20 years later.

The celebrity pair finally tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022.

‘FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCES’

Earlier this week, a source revealed to The U.S. Sun that Ben’s absence from Jen’s public appearances is not the issue with their marriage.

The insider shared that fundamental personality differences seem to be tearing them apart.

“The ground rules are, Jennifer and Ben are allowed to go off and do projects, appearances, and work that completely don’t involve each other and definitely involve spending weeks at a time apart,” the source claimed.

“These are passionate people who love to work, both of them and love to bet on themselves and the teams they have assembled around themselves over the course of decades.

“It’s the strongest thing about their relationship [because] they’re willing to give each other a lot of space when opportunity knocks,” they explained.

But the insider added that the fundamental difference between them is that “Jennifer has an incredible golden optimism about every situation and Ben sees everything – and I mean everything – in his life as a problem that only he can solve.

“That’s not changing any time soon, it’s who they are,” they noted.
