Since 2003, they have owned another Hidden Hills property, this one a ranch-style mansion on a secluded street that their son Jaden Smith has occupied for years. And last year, Willow Smith purchased a contemporary property in the Malibu hills for $3.1 million.

Additionally, the clan possesses properties in Woodland Hills, California, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. In addition, they own a nearly 10,000-square-foot ski chalet in the Utah winter resort community of Park City.
