50 Cent’s tumultuous relationship with his 19-year-old son Marquise Jackson just can’t seem to be mended. The two have remained on the outs for a number of years due to the rapper’s beef with his son’s mother, Shaniqua Tompkins. After a few comments about where he and his son stand in recent months, the rapper tried a direct approach on Instagram. Leaving a comment beneath a video posted by Jackson, 50 Cent attempted to reach out.

“You will be 20 in a few months I’m happy to see you in good spirits. You be strong out there on your own boy. You are a grown man now,” he wrote.

Jackson took notice of his father’s comment, and left one of his own in return. “Didn’t think you knew how old I was u missed a few birthdays. I’m happy to see you have kind words to say to me this time,” he responded. And just as the masses might have saw a glimmer of hope for the 50 and Jackson’s reconciliation, Thompson made her way onto the post with a few scathing words for her son’s father.

“Miserable, unstable, bum ass n***a! You’re so miserable! Go pick on them boys who put that hot led up in your a**! Oh! I forgot you like to pick on women and children,” she retorted. “Them boys in Brooklyn did you dirrty!! Go beat up your other baby mother, oh you did that already and you’re on 3 years probation. Go make sure [your] son’s motor skills are correct. Can he talk???”

Back in December, 50 Cent took to Instagram to publicize his latest feelings in regards to Marquise. Sticking to his claim that Thompson is to blame for their estrangement, the rapper wrote: “This kid is gonna hate his mother when he realize what she did to him. He has to make it on his own like I did. SMH GOOD LUCK.” Looks like things have not gotten any better.
