Yungblud Strips Off Coat to Reveal Dangerously Low-Cut Pants on MTV VMAs 2025 Red Carpet

Yungblud’s pants were barely holding on at the VMAs and we’re absolutely feral. The 28-year-old pansexual British rocker had everyone’s jaws on the floor when he hit the red carpet in nothing but Iggy Pop’s vintage leather pants hanging dangerously low on his hips.

And yes, we mean dangerously low. The “Hello Heaven, Hello” singer ditched his shirt completely, showing off his stunning torso tattoos, smoky eyes, and that slicked-back hair with face-framing strands.

But he wasn’t just about the looks. This punk prince absolutely crushed it during the Ozzy Osbourne tribute, belting out “Crazy Train” and “Changes” alongside rock legends Steven Tyler and Joe Perry.

For those not familiar, Yungblud has been making waves with his unapologetic openness about sexuality and gender expression – he’s been wearing skirts since age six and earlier this year shut down queerbaiting accusations by simply stating “I’ve f***ed everyone under the sun and that’s the vibe.”

The attention to detail was everything – he wore a cross necklace gifted to him by Ozzy Osbourne himself while paying tribute to the metal legend who passed away in July. Talk about a full circle moment that had us all in our feelings.

The singer-songwriter, 28, rocked ultra low pants that hung far down below his hips when he hit the  event’s red carpet at the UBA Arena in New York on Sunday, Sept. 7.

Making a major statement upon his arrival, Yungblud —  born Dominic Richard Harrison — showed up wearing a long coat (with no shirt underneath it) which he removed while posing for photos.

The “Hello Heaven, Hello” singer then posed shirtless on the red carpet in his pants that were held up by a coordinating belt with a large silver buckle.

“I’ve actually got Iggy Pop’s leather pants on,” Yungblud told Nylon. “Richard [Stark] from Chrome Hearts said if you can fit in them you can wear them.”

His coat, meanwhile, was created by “Jesse Jo, my love,” he said, referring to his girlfriend, Jesse Jo Stark, who also walked the red carpet. The pair rekindled their romance after a five-month break in early 2025.
