Adele reveals why she has only released four albums so far.
Adele admitted she felt “a little lost” having only released four albums in her 17-year music career. “It feels like I’m really just starting out,” she said.
After the success of her debut album 19 in 2008, Adele released 21 in 2011, 25 in 2015 and 30 in 2021

Adele confirmed that the reason she released so few albums was because she was pregnant at the height of her career, although many considered it “career suicide”.
“However, I always wanted to go against the grain and choose having children as a sacrifice that women like me have to accept. I can be successful in both my career and my family,” she said.
“The English Nightingale” shared with Vanity Fair magazine: “My understanding of postnatal depression is that you don’t want to be with your child, you worry that you might hurt the child or simply, you worry that you won’t take good care of it.” Adele said that she did not take antidepressants and there was a time when the singer did not want to talk to anyone about her feelings.
