We can always count on Chrissy Teigen for a fashion treat.

But we did not expect her to completely leave her pants at home when she arrived to the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony!

She stepped out for the event with her husband, John Legend, and the couple’s two eldest children, Luna, 8, and Miles, 6, on July 26 in an olive green Chloé set, but her pants were seemingly still back in the States.

Her knit set consisted of just hot pants and a button-up sweater, which she wore only buttoned at the top, showing off a hint of skin at her stomach. Teigen, 38, completed her look with strappy heels and a clutch.

Legend, 45, opted for a black suit with a white button-down and white sneakers. Luna looked darling in a light pink shift dress and matching ballerina flats (and matching bag, of course), while Miles matched his dad’s vibe in a plaid shorts suit and sneakers.

The family managed to someone keep dry from the massive downpour that the city experienced during the opening ceremony, though Teigen did show off a photo of Luna in a poncho on her Instagram Stories as they watched the opening ceremony.

Earlier this month, Teigen told PEOPLE that she and her family were really “excited” to head to Paris for the Olympics.

“I’ve never attended anything like this in my life, so to be in Paris for the Olympics is going to be next level,” she shared, adding that Luna is especially excited to watch the gymnastics events.

“She’s a gymnast herself,” she said, before adding, “but not anywhere near the caliber of Simone Biles yet.”
