Former cop reportedly charged with criminal trespassing after trying to deliver documents to Taylor Swift in legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni
A man was arrested at Travis Kelce’s Kansas City home after allegedly trying to deliver documents to Taylor Swift.
A representative for the Leawood Police Department told Fox News Digital: “On September 15, 2025, shortly after 2:00 a.m., Leawood, Kansas police officers were dispatched to a private, gated residence in the 11600 block of Pawnee Lane to investigate a trespassing incident. Officers arrived and made contact with an adult male in the gated residence. The male was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing and released on bond.”

According to People, Fisher, a former police officer, was arrested after allegedly jumping a fence to break into Kelce’s Kansas property.
Details of the incident were not released to the public, the Star reported. “This information is restricted in its use and dissemination,” a one-page police report reads.
According to the Star, Fisher was spotted at Kelce’s home by a member of the Nashville security team. The man was identified as the head of executive protection. Swift and Kelce were in the home at the time.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Swift’s representatives for comment.

The news comes as Swift has been drawn into the legal battle between Baldoni and the musician’s close friend. The “It Ends With Us” director had previously accused Lively of using their friendship with Swift to intimidate him.
Baldoni’s legal team claimed Swift had agreed to take part in the deposition in a letter to the court on September 11. Swift’s legal team has hit back, saying the pop star “did not consent.”
“My client has not agreed to a deposition, but if she is forced to testify, we have advised (after hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time needed during the week of October 20 if the parties are able to resolve their disputes,” the letter, previously obtained by Fox News Digital, read. “We are not a party to those disputes.”

Judge Lewis Liman denied Baldoni’s request to extend the discovery deadline on September 30, meaning Swift likely won’t be able to testify in the case.
In December, Lively filed a complaint with the California Department of Civil Rights — later moved to federal court — detailing allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent conduct, and more against Baldoni and film producer Jamey Heath.
In his lawsuit, filed in January, Baldoni claims Lively made “false accusations” against him in an attempt to restore her reputation following the fallout from a promotional press conference after the actress took control of the film. Baldoni’s legal team claims Lively has no evidence of a deliberate smear campaign and instead attempted to restore her reputation by accusing the actor and others of sexual harassment.
