Naomi Reacts To AJ Lee WWE Return

Former Women’s World Champion Naomi has reacted to the potential upcoming WWE return of AJ Lee.

Naomi and AJ Lee both debuted on WWE TV back on season three of NXT in 2010, so there’s history going back that far between them.

The show was won by Kaitlyn, with Naomi finishing second place and AJ finishing third.

Since then, they’ve had very different stories with AJ Lee being away from WWE for the past 10 years.

However, that looks to be about to change as she is reportedly set for a comeback this month to set up a match at Wrestlepalooza that will see her team with her husband CM Punk against another husband and wife team, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch.

Naomi just a couple of weeks ago announced that she had to take a break from WWE due to pregnancy, vacating the Women’s World Title in the process.

A few months ago, she joked in an interview that she wouldn’t be able to retire from WWE until AJ Lee made a return, and that she’d been “harassing” CM Punk to make it happen.

However, now that AJ Lee’s comeback looks like it’ll happen while Naomi is away, she’s reacted to that prospect, tweeting:

If she returns while I’m out yall will witness the crash out of the century on this app ⚠️
