The United States of America is still reeling from the death of conservative media personality, Charlie Kirk, who was tragically assassinated in the middle of a speaking event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Kirk was a devout Christian, dedicated father and husband, and a patriot, who would often travel to college campuses and debate with students on topics like politics, religion, culture and more. Kirk believed that the key to a flourishing America would be built on family and God, and his mission was to openly discuss this with anyone willing to engage in public conversation. He believed that talking things out was the only way to avoid violence, and yet, he was viciously murdered by a left-wing lunatic named Tyler Robinson.
It’s frankly one of the most vile and disturbing things I’ve ever seen in my life… a man murdered for pursuing open dialogue with people who may think differently than him.
Make no mistake, Charlie’s death has certainly sparked a certain boldness from Christians and Conservatives alike, speaking out in support of Charlie and everything he stood for. But it has also sparked a disgusting level of celebration from unhinged liberals who have shamelessly taken to social media, and in some cases, public vigils and college campuses, to express their joy over the fact that someone who thought differently than them was murdered in front of his wife and kids. It’s sick.

He’s constantly called a Nazi, a racist, a homophobe, a misogynist… every pejorative in the liberal playbook, and of course, the man recorded every conversation he ever had. You’d be hard pressed to find ANY evidence of that. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Every video I’ve seen of Charlie, and I’ve seen hundreds, he speaks tenderly in truth, never wavering on principle, but with a love and kindness that is extremely rare in this hyper-aggressive, overly-divisive, downright nasty, political world we’re living in. If you can prove otherwise, send me a clip (spoiler alert: you can’t).
So who is to blame for stoking this fire of lies… well, the liberal media of course, who shamelessly echo these lies every chance they get. And as far as Kid Rock is concerned, they’re public enemy number one.
He recently told Jesse Watters of Fox News:
“I’ve said it and I’ll say it again because I think it needs to be echoed until they get it through their fat skulls, the mainstream media is public enemy number one right now… I’m someone who understands better than anyone as being a very vocal Trump supporter since day 1. They’ve called me a racist Nazi for years now, go look up a few facts about my life, my children, where I grew up, everything… but other people start to echo this. People who write dumb articles who think I’m trash, and I hate my music, and they say he’s just a racist Nazi.
It starts to build and build and build and build and you’ve got these nut-house kids who sit around playing video games and watching occult movies on streaming services, instead of going outside and playing sports or doing something productive. Then they think, ‘I’ll do something good. I’ll go kill a Nazi. I’ll kill a racist.’ And they’re literally mentally deranged.”
He’s not wrong… if you’ve ever perpetuated the lies that Charlie Kirk is a racist, Nazi, homophobe… his blood is on your hands.
Kid Rock, whose real name is Bob Ritchie, went on to say there is of course some extremism on the right, but the majority of the hate, and the unwillingness to hear out the other side comes from the left. He also pointed out the hypocrisy of how much they preach “inclusivity,” when the reality is that this alleged “inclusivity” only extends to their particular belief system. Fall in line and you’ll be “included,” right?
“Nobody wants an all out war. We understand that everyone on the left is not sick, but there are enough people in the media and enough of these crazy liberals, too, that just create this big echo chamber, and I’m not saying there aren’t crazy right-wingers… but they’re supposed to be this “inclusive,” and they’re the ones who won’t talk and get along with anyone. Won’t even sit down and break bread.”
He went on to warn people that if violence continues, and people continue to celebrate the murder of Charlie Kirk, it could get ugly:
“You’re gonna keep it up, and you’re gonna run into the wrong people. Some people I know, that aren’t gonna play that mess. And it’s not gonna be pretty. It’s gonna be very ugly.”
And that’s the last thing we want right now…
