Rapper Kanye West allegedly made his employees wait in the middle of a meeting so he could run into the room and have sex with his future wife, Bianca Censori.

Former employee Murphy Aficionado, who was hired by Kanye as a project manager in 2022, filed a lawsuit against Kanye West on Thursday for a number of inappropriate workplace behaviors, including loud sex and disrespect for employees.

According to the lawsuit, Kanye summoned Murphy to a business meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel room in November 2022. When he walked in, the rapper was shirtless, with his pants unbuttoned and panting. His girlfriend and employee, Bianca Censori, was topless, trying to cover her chest with her hands.

Murphy said he was shocked and was about to leave, but Kanye asked him to stay to discuss business, while Bianca retreated to the bedroom. However, according to the staff, a moment later Kanye suddenly stood up, told him to wait there, and went inside. Murphy said that from the sounds he heard, it was clear that Kanye continued “having fun” with his girlfriend. The rapper returned 10 minutes later as if nothing had happened. Bianca was then recruited by Kanye to be the head of architecture for his fashion company Yeezy. The two secretly married in December 2022.

The former staff claimed that Kanye also opened his phone to show him nude photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, against his will.

Murphy said that later that week, Kanye called him to a meeting at the hotel again, and this time the rapper made him wait so he could go into the bedroom to do inappropriate things with the female masseuse. Murphy said a football star was there with Kanye and did the same thing.

The former employee claims the experiences left him feeling violated and disrespected.

Also in the lawsuit, the former employee said that Kanye West repeatedly yelled at and endured the American rap star. Murphy accused Kanye of promising to pay him $125 an hour and requiring him to work 70 hours a week, but for months he did not receive any money.

According to Murphy, their relationship ended when Kanye ordered him to build a multi-level school – Donda Academy – without a building permit. When Murphy objected to the plan, the rapper is said to have unilaterally terminated the contract.

Murphy Aficionado is suing Kanye West for discrimination, creating a hostile work environment, personal conduct and unpaid wages.

The 47-year-old rapper is also handling a series of other lawsuits from former employees, including a female assistant who sued him for sexual assault and unpaid wages. In the complaint, assistant Lauren Pisciotta accused Kanye of turning the office into a sex playground and regularly sleeping with employees.

Kanye West has not yet commented on these allegations.
