Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman married in 2006 and have since developed an impressive real estate portfolio spanning multiple continents. In 2020, the 2022 Oscar nominee purchased a luxury apartment in New York City for $5 million.

This 1,600-square-foot luxury apartment has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is located inside the famous clock tower building in Tribeca. The building was formerly the headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company, and developers converted it into luxury apartments in 2018.

One of the features that attracted Urban and Kidman to the building was a “sky garage” that allows residents’ cars to be lifted hydraulically, helping the high-profile couple avoid the prying eyes of paparazzi.
