Man of Steel
just released last weekend has earned more than 200 million USD worldwide. The latest version of Superman wearing a red cape has won the sympathy of many fans. The audience is not only satisfied with the sparkling, magnificent scenes but also by the image of the superhero with a beautiful appearance like a statue. Actor Henry Cavill has a muscular body, 6-pack abs, and bulging biceps. However, he is not muscular like a wrestler but is still very slim and attractive.
Recently, the producer revealed a video of Henry Cavill’s hard training process to get such a beautiful body. He lifted weights and did heavy exercises continuously for many months before filming. Trainer Mark Twight helped Henry overcome his own limits in the gym. Henry shared: “He opened my eyes to overcome what I thought was my limit. Superman learned how to fly and I also learned that I can practice everything in the gym, things I thought I couldn’t do.” Henry believes that the training process to discover his own strength when playing Superman is like the arduous training of a soldier. In the end, the hard work was worth it when Henry brought the image of Superman as a beautiful painting.
