Ghostface Killah has revealed that Lil Wayne once wanted to charge him six figures for a collaboration.

While speaking to Gorilla Nems during an episode of Disrespect Radio on Shade45, Ghostface recalled reaching out to Wayne for a verse and being told it would cost $150,000. Peep the entire episode up top.

Ghostface, who just dropped Supreme Clientele 2, also revealed that he tried to get Mac Miller for a feature on “Candyland” before Miller passed away. After his passing, Ghostface said he turned to Lil Wayne instead.

“We tried to reach out to Wayne and from what I’m hearing, it might night have been him,” he said. “They asking for like $150,000. I’m like you know what man, just knock it out yourself. That’s rap shit, n***as be talk talk talk. It’s the worst.

Earlier this month, Ghostface Killah shouted out Tyler, the Creator as a producer he wants to collaborate with. In an interview with Apple Music 1’s Ebro Darden, Ghostface reacted to Tyler’s song “Ring Ring Ring” from Don’t Tap the Glass, saying “Music!” and comparing it to Michael Jackson. Ebro added, “The kids gon’ be alright, my dude!” to which Ghostface agreed.
