Arsenal fans map out Camavinga’s career path which will see him end up at Arsenal in a few years
As the transfer window shuts on Tuesday, Arsenal look set to miss out on one of European football’s brightest talents in Eduardo Camavinga, who edges closer to a transfer to Real Madrid.
The 18-year-old had been linked with a move to some of the biggest clubs in world football over the past few months with his contract at Rennes expiring next summer.

Arsenal were one of the clubs interested in the Frenchman, who was seen as a long-term replacement for Granit Xhaka.
However, once Xhaka’s move to Roma collapsed and the Swiss international penned a new deal with the Gunners, Camavinga’s chances of arriving at the Emirates began to diminish.
It wasn’t all fun and games though, with some Arsenal fans wondering why the club didn’t make a move for a player available for such a cheap price.
