Diddy Accused of Raping 13-Year-Old Girl at 2000 VMAs Party
A woman is suing ‘rap mogul’ Diddy for sexually assaulting her when she was 13 at an after-party for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
Deadline reports that the plaintiff, now 37, filed the lawsuit against Diddy (Sean Combs) in New York federal court on October 20. In the lawsuit, she said the incident occurred after she went to a spare room to rest after feeling dizzy from drinking a glass of water at the party on September 7, 2000.
“Shortly afterward, Combs entered the room with two male and female celebrities. Combs aggressively approached the plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘Let’s party,'” according to the 19-page lawsuit.
Diddy, then 30, allegedly pushed the girl toward the male celebrity. The lawsuit says he and Diddy took turns raping her. Diddy allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex on her, but she resisted, punched the rapper in the neck, and fled. The plaintiff said she ran to a gas station and called her father to pick her up.
According to E!News, the plaintiff said she was previously introduced by a limousine driver who worked for Diddy and helped her sneak into the MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York. The woman said that after the awards ceremony, the driver drove her to a party at a house where Diddy attacked her.

“Following the assault, Plaintiff suffered from severe depression that continues to impact all aspects of her life,” the lawsuit filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee states.
Tony Buzbee is representing five unnamed people suing Diddy for sexual assault. The attorney also said that more than 100 people have contacted him to report sexual misconduct by the American rapper, including many minors.
Diddy, through his attorney, denied the allegations. The 54-year-old rapper is currently in custody in New York. He was arrested on September 16 on charges of sex trafficking, conspiracy to commit extortion and soliciting prostitution. Diddy has previously been sued for violence and harassment by his ex-girlfriend, singer Casandra Ventura, and several others.
