Britney Spears’ family are reportedly worried that she could end up like singer Amy Winehouse.
Britney Spears’ ex-husband, dancer Kevin Federline, and her father, Jamie, both believe the singer is using drugs and could die as a result. They both shared their concerns when speaking to the Daily Mail.
Federline said: “I’m scared she’s using drugs. I’ve been praying that someone will come out and she’ll wake up. It’s scary. She’s the mother of my sons.”
“Britney could die like Amy,” Jamie Spears is reported to have said, referring to British singer Amy Winehouse, who died of alcohol poisoning at the age of 27.

The concerns come more than a year after Jamie’s highly publicized conservatorship of Britney ended, a position that has been widely reported to have controlled nearly every aspect of Britney Spears’ life.
Spears’ sons Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, also claim to have seen drugs delivered to her home, and to this day, both refuse to visit Britney.
Federline, who receives a whopping $40,000 a month in child support from Spears, said: “Every time the phone rings, I’m afraid it’s going to be terrible news. I don’t want the boys to wake up one morning and find their mom has overdosed.”
Britney Spears recently deleted her Instagram account.
