Eminem’s Biggest Fan Nikki Paterson from the UK holds the Guinness World Record for the most tattoos of a single musician, with 15+ detailed portraits of Eminem inked on her body. From emotional tributes to album art and lyrics, her tattoos tell the story of the rap icon’s career and the impact his music had on her life.
Nikki says “I’m Eminem’s biggest fan. I had Slim Shady-themed wedding in his hometown & convinced groom to get matching tattoos. I have 31 Eminem tattoos including 20 portraits. I have no plans to stop until I have no room. I first listened to Stan at 14-years-old and have been a fan since then. I fell in love with his storytelling, his unique lyrics and the way his music has been there for me through everything the last 20 years.
Nikki Paterson (UK) is starting to feel like a ‘tattoo king’. Hailing from Aberdeen, Scotland, Nikki has now set a record for the most tattoos of the same musician on her body, having 15 portraits of American rapper Eminem inked on her body.
“Tattoos have completely changed my life. I’m so proud of them,” Nikki said.

She got her first Eminem tattoo at the age of 19, picking up an image of the rapper from Google. Other images include a ‘blond’ Eminem as well as the album cover of Recovery and the LP Marshall Mathers.

While the record title is only for her portrait, Nikki has several other tattoos that represent The Real Slim Shady.
Nikki has a full list of Eminem’s albums as well as the lyrics to “Til I Collapse” on the back of her thigh.
She also has images of Skylar Grey, who has appeared on various songs, and Proof, Eminem’s best friend.
“The idea of maybe having a record came to me and I thought it would be a lovely celebration for them” – Nikki Paterson
Nikki first heard the song “Stan” on her Walkman when she was 14, on holiday in Spain with her parents.
The song made an immediate impact on her.
“The way he told a story with the lyrics… it was a very unusual story compared to anything I had ever heard before.”
And now Nikki has joined her idol in the Guinness World Records, with Eminem also holding multiple records.
The Marshall Mathers LP made Eminem the best-selling rap artist, selling 1.76 million copies in its first week.
In 2010, he became the first artist to have six solo albums debut at number one on the US Billboard 200 album chart, from The Marshall Mathers LP (2000) to Recovery (2010), earning him the record for the most consecutive No. 1 albums by a solo artist.
‘Rap God’ holds the record for the most words in a hit single (1,560 words in six minutes and four seconds) while his 2020 hit ‘Godzilla’ earned Eminem the title of fastest rap in a number one single when he wrote 225 words in a 30-second segment – that’s 7.5 words per second! Nikki hopes to one day meet her idol in person: “I really want to meet Eminem and I think this might help!”
