Amy’s ex husband has decided he wants a cut of her estate – and her family are devastated
Amy Winehouse’s ex husband has made a shameless bid for a £1million stake in her fortune.
Drug addict Blake Fielder-Civil, who admitted introducing the tragic singer to heroin, wants a lump sum and an allowance, according to reports.
Amy, who died aged 27 of alcohol poisoning in July 2011, didn’t leave a will and her £2.94million estate went to mum Janis, 63, and her dad Mitch, 68.

A source close to the family told The Sun on Sunday: “This is someone who spent a lot of Amy’s money during their time together.
“He also and spent a lot of their marriage in prison, bringing nothing but pain to everyone. To give him another penny would be too much.
“Blake is an utter scumbag. It is unbelievable that he is trying to tap into her estate and make a claim for money.

“Janis, in particular, is very upset about this.”
The pair were married for two years and divorced in July 2009.
Amy gave her ex a lump £250,000 pay-off but lawyers are now saying the wording of the settlement could mean he is entitled to more cash.
If the payment was not labelled as a final settlement lawyers say Fielder-Civil, who lives in a grotty one bed flat in a Leeds estate, could be entitled to more cash – especially if he needs to buy a house.

Fielder-Civil, who was the inspiration for single Back to Black, was in prison from July 2008 to February 2009 after admitting perverting the course of justice and GBH.
At Amy’s funeral her dad talked of her battle with the booze – but said she was conquering her demons.
He said: “She was trying hard to deal with her drinking and had just completed three weeks of abstinence.
