Alex Grimaldo is on fire!
The Bayer Leverkusen star scored not one, but two sensational free-kick goals in their 3-1 win against Eintracht Frankfurt on Friday.
He opened the scoring in the 10th minute, then struck again later in the game — when Leverkusen were down to nine men after two red cards — to seal the victory.
Remarkably, Grimaldo is the first player to net multiple free kicks in a Bundesliga match since 2014, and the first to do so in Europe’s top five leagues since 2022.
