Her family set up the charity on what would have been her 28th birthday to combat drug and alcohol abuse among young people and help them overcome eating disorders or self-harm.
Mitch’s concert is to be filled with the jazz, big band and swing classics that the duo loved together – which became the roots of Amy’s musical DNA.

A British-made film about the singer won the Oscar for best documentary feature at this year’s ceremony but has been slammed by her father, who described it as a “sham”.
Speaking after the film won the prestigious prize, he said: “It’s gratifying to know that people still love Amy, and they love her music, and they love her as a person. But the anger around the film hasn’t abated.”

Mitch said the film left out positive aspects of his daughter’s life including her clothes designing and charity work, adding: “It’s just a very negative image and portrayal of Amy and her family.”
The singer married Blake Fielder in 2007 and the pair had an on-off relationship even after their marriage ended two years later.
