Pedri leaves pitch for Spain in 28th minute – but not because of injury

Pedri has left the pitch for Spain against Switzerland in the 28th minute already.

This was Luis de la Fuente’s tactical sub after centre-back Robin Le Normand picked up a straight red card.

Pedri created two big chances during the 28 minutes he played against Switzerland.

The international break is now over for the midfielder who will soon come back to Barcelona ahead of their La Liga clash against Girona.

The 21-year-old has started three of Barca’s four fixtures so far this season.
