Chrissy, John, and their beautiful kids — Luna and Miles — are in the news practically every day.

And because their six-year wedding anniversary is next month — which is like 600 in Hollywood marriage years — I wondered how they met.
E!
I mean, we know John is a singer and Chrissy is a model, but I don’t even remember a time when they WEREN’T together.
So, after falling down a Chrissy and John rabbit hole, I found out they started dating 13 YEARS AGO!
E!
In 2006, Chrissy — who was a 21-year-old catalog model — was cast as John’s love interest in the music video for his song “Stereo.”

And they were the only two people in the VERY STEAMY video! It is pretty obvious to see that they had some ~sexual chemistry~ going on.
Chrissy told Cosmopolitan the video took 14 hours to shoot, adding, “I was doing this fake model-y dancing with the most dead eyes you’ve ever seen in a human.”

Later that night, after the shoot, Chrissy said they ate In-N-Out at his hotel. “I’m not going to lie. We hooked up.”

I also found out — from an interview with Wendy Williams — that Chrissy said she tried to be casual about the hookup. “I had to watch him on red carpets with other girls for a few months and he went on tour to Europe. I was pretending that I didn’t really care, but I wasn’t with anybody else,” she said.

Throughout that time, however, the two stayed in contact and soon started dating exclusively.

During the seven years they dated, there was only one small hiccup — they broke up for ONE DAY.
Then, on Sept. 14, 2013, they tied the knot!

And that, my friends, is their love story. Here’s an early congrats to them on six years of marriage and a throwback to their very first music video:
