The Lonely Island is back in the spotlight — and this time, they’ve got their eyes set on a dream collab with none other than Eminem.

The comedy-music trio, led by Andy Samberg, is riding a wave of momentum with fresh releases like “Sushi Glory Hole” and their high-energy track with Charli XCX, “Here I Go.” Known for their star-studded musical collaborations, The Lonely Island has worked with everyone from Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, and Justin Timberlake to Lady Gaga and Akon.

Now, they’re setting their sights on Slim Shady.

The Comedy Icons Want to Team Up with the Rap Legend

During a recent episode of The Lonely Island and Seth Meyers Podcast, member Jorma Taccone revealed that Eminem is at the top of their dream collaborator listAndy Samberg chimed in with full support — and even tossed out another hilarious wish: getting former President Bill Clinton to play saxophone on a future track.

“He’s no longer president, so he might have some free time,” Samberg joked.

From Joke Tracks to Chart-Toppers

While The Lonely Island may be known for their humor, their success is no joke. Their 2009 hit “I’m On a Boat” (feat. T-Pain) went double Platinum and even earned a Grammy nomination. Other hits like “Like a Boss” helped make their debut album Incredibad one of the top-selling hip hop albums of 2009.

With multiple Platinum and Gold certifications under their belt, the trio has built a unique space in music where comedy and hip-hop collide — and fans can’t get enough.

Could an Eminem x The Lonely Island Track Be Next?

Whether it’s a hilarious collaboration with Eminem or a saxophone cameo from Bill Clinton, fans are excited to see what’s next for The Lonely Island. One thing’s for sure — if anyone can pull off a surprise feature like this, it’s them.
