The Material Girl has kept fans on their toes with her love-life. Now it’s been rumored Madonna has been keeping Akeem, who at 28, is four decades younger, ‘in line’ with a string of ‘rules.’

The source tells Life and Style magazine: “Madonna spoils Akeem with clothes and gifts and first-class travel, but everything is always on her terms.”

The insider continued: “She’s very strict with everyone in her life and just because he’s sharing her bed he doesn’t get a pass. That means he has to go to sleep when she does, get up when she does, eat the same diet as she does.”

Madonna has been said to crack the whip when it comes to her new boy-toy.

It has been rumored the superstar has strict demands for her new flame, including when he can sleep and what he can eat. Madonna was first linked to her new boy toy Madonna’s boyfriend, Akeem Morris, was when she posted a carousel of photos on Instagram for Fourth of July.

Madonna and Akeem recently celebrated Madonna’s 66th birthday in Pompeii, the historical town that was destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius volcano. The two were seen holding hands and her six children were also in attendance.

She is believed to have toured Pompeii’s Teatro Grande and met with teenagers involved in the Dream of Flying community project.

The Hung Up hitmaker “aimed to connect” with the UNESCO world heritage site and dazzled with a series of stunning outfits. Madonna took to her Instagram to share a carousel of photos from her trip as she said: “‘Back in Italy………… Happy Birthday to ME.” The pop icon was dressed by Dolce and Gabbana for the photoshoot.

In one photo, the 66-year-old singer and Akeem were seen walking the cobblestone streets of Manhattan as she held onto his arm. Another photo saw Akeem grabbing on to Madonna’s chest as they laid on a sofa together. Earlier this year, Madonna broke up with Josh Popper, 30, who she met when he was her son David Banda’s boxing coach. She was then rumored to be dating British-Nigerian boxer Richard Riakporhe.
