However, in the end, singer Adele only had to spend $58 million to become the owner of this luxurious mansion.
The luxurious home was designed by Richard Landry and built in 1994. The mansion is located in the exclusive North Beverly Park area and includes 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
