On July 29, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena will host a star-studded concert event, ‘Toby Keith: American Icon’ celebrating the life and legacy of the legendary country music artist.

The live concert, featuring some of the biggest names in country music, will air on NBC on Wednesday, August 28, from 8-10pm ET/PT.
The lineup for this once-in-a-lifetime event includes performances by Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Ashley McBryde, Parker McCollum, Jelly Roll, Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Lainey Wilson, The War And Treaty, and many more. These artists will come together to honour Toby Keith, a proud Oklahoman and global superstar, whose influence in country music spans generations.
Toby Keith, one of the most prolific singer-songwriters in modern country music, left an indelible mark on the genre. With 42 top 10 hits, 33 No. 1 singles, 44 million albums sold, 100 million BMI performances, and over 10 billion streams, Keith’s career is a testament to his talent and dedication. His iconic songs like ‘Should’ve Been A Cowboy,’ ‘How Do You Like Me Now?!,’ ‘Courtesy of the Red, White, & Blue (The Angry American)’ and ‘I Love This Bar’ continue to resonate with fans worldwide. Keith was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame shortly before his passing in February, adding to his accolades, which include inductions into the New York-based all-genre Songwriters Hall of Fame (2015), the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame (2021), and receiving the National Medal of Arts (2021) and BMI Icon (2022).
Tickets for ‘Toby Keith: American Icon’ will go on sale this Friday, June 28, at 10 a.m. CT via Ticketmaster.
A portion of the ticket sales will support The Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral, a cost-free home for families of children dealing with critical illnesses. Additionally, funds will be directed to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals and the top-rated in the Southeast.
