Paul McCartney feared that continuing his career in the music industry after the Beatles broke up would be risky.

“There are a few moments in life when you have to take a risk. For me, the risk was after The Beatles broke up. Should I continue with music or not?”, the founder of The Beatles admitted, “I wanted to continue but I didn’t know how. I was confused about whether I should form a new band or go solo. And I didn’t know what would happen”.

“The main question I asked myself was how to keep up with The Beatles, because it was clearly an impossible task”, he continued.

Fortunately, the music legend decided to take a risk and continue with his career. McCartney’s musical journey continued, even helping him climb to the next peak of glory after The Beatles broke up. His album McCartney then marked his artistic path and quickly topped the charts.
