Yamal: ‘I have no chance of winning Ballon d’Or’
“We were in the elevator with Nico [Williams] and it first came out that he was nominated,” the Barca forward said on the Antena3 show.
“But I don’t have any chances of winning. I think Madridistas appreciate me because of the national team.”
The 17-year-old scored five goals and provided five assists in 37 La Liga appearances for Barca last season. He also scored once and gave four assists in 7 games at the Euros, which Spain won.
