The findings are astonishing: Taylor Swift tops the list with an impressive 1.8 million monthly searches in the UK, solidifying her status as the most sought-after artist in the country. 

Swift’s latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” released last month, has received mixed reviews from fans. Despite this, her popularity remains at an all-time high. Google Trends data confirms that interest in Swift continues to surge. Her influence extends beyond music, as her high-profile relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce has kept her in the headlines.

Not only is Swift the most popular artist in the UK, but she also holds this title in the US. Her immense popularity is set to grow even further as she returns to the UK next month for her highly anticipated Eras tour. Swift will perform in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, and will have multiple shows at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Following Swift, rapper Eminem ranks as the second most searched musician in the UK, with 718,000 monthly searches. Eminem is the most Googled male musician and rapper on the list. British talents Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi secure the third and fourth spots, with Sheeran garnering 627,000 searches and Capaldi close behind with 618,000 searches each month.

Celine Dion, with 585,000 monthly searches, ranks fifth. She is followed by Manchester’s own Harry Styles, who receives 556,000 searches. The rest of the top ten includes Michael Jackson (538,000 searches), Ariana Grande (529,000 searches), Elvis Presley (522,000 searches), and Billie Eilish (470,000 searches).
