Anyone who has a soft spot for hip-hop’s past will love a good throwback photo. We recently witnessed Irv Gotti reminiscing about his days of rolling with Jay-Z and DMX, which brought back fond memories for fans of that period. In spite of the fact that the aforementioned trio became widely known in the late 1990s, another trio was ruling the charts in 1996.

A snapshot of Tupac Shakur, MC Hammer, and the renowned Snoop Dogg were posted online not long ago. The three of them appeared to be attending a fancy event, and they were all decked out in their finest attire.


After the rapper’s death in September of 1996, his legion of admirers knew that it was a watershed year for Pac. However, the rapper had just released his final official album, the classic All Eyez On Me, just before he was killed. On “2 Of Amerikaz Most Wanted” and “All Bout U.”, the album featured Death Row rapper Snoop Dogg.

It goes without saying that Tupac Shakur should rest in peace, and respect is due to Snoop Dogg and MC Hammer for disclosing this.
