Jelly Roll and Snoop Dogg were definitely in the “smoking section” onstage earlier this week.

On Tuesday, Nov. 26, the “Sweat” rapper, 53, made a surprise appearance at the country star’s Beautifully Broken tour stop in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena where the pair debuted a new song from Snoop’s forthcoming LP Missionary, per fan-captured footage.

The track, “Last Dance with Mary Jane,” is an homage to marijuana and features an interpolation of Tom Petty’s 1993 hit “Mary Jane’s Last Dance.”

After the pair finished performing the track, Snoop unveiled a blunt and a lighter and approached Jelly, 39, to share the substance with him.

“Oh he’s lighting a fresh one,” the “Save Me” musician said before the duo took a few hits.

Before showcasing his collaboration with Jelly, Snoop performed a handful of classics for the crowd including “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” “Gin and Juice” and “Next Episode.”

Jelly’s Nashville set was the final 2024 show of his Beautifully Broken tour, with his concerts set to resume in Canada in March of 2025.

Additionally, the “Wild Ones” musician is set to play Stagecoach in April and then will team up for Post Malone’s Big Ass Stadium Tour.

Earlier this month, Snoop unveiled the first single from his forthcoming album Missionary — which arrives on Dec. 13 via Death Row, Aftermath and Interscope — with “Gorgeous,” which features vocals from Jhené Aiko. The song arrived alongside a corresponding lyric video.

The LP marks Dr. Dre and Snoop’s first full-length project since the rapper’s 1993 debut album Doggystyle. The “Drop It Like It’s Hot” performer will also be joined by Tom Petty, Eminem, 50 Cent, K.A.A.N., Method Man, Smitty, Sting, Cocoa Sarai, Dem Jointz, Stalone, Fat Money, BJ the Chicago Kid, Alus and Aiko. The album is set to feature production from Dr. Dre, as well.
