Ben Affleck was seen without his wedding ring on Friday, May 17, amid problems in his marriage with Jennifer Lopez.

Affleck, who is 51, was spotted in Los Angeles without his wedding band on his left hand. TMZ took photos of him with his bare hand adjusting the sun visor in his car.

These photos came out shortly after Us Weekly confirmed that Affleck and Lopez, who is 54, are not living together. A source told Us Weekly that Affleck moved out of their California mansion several weeks ago.

Neither Affleck nor Lopez has publicly commented on the move. Us Weekly reached out to their representatives for a statement.

Earlier this month, there were rumors of a split when fans noticed that Affleck and Lopez hadn’t been seen together in 47 days. However, they were photographed together on Friday, May 17, attending a school event for one of their kids, both wearing their wedding rings.

A source told Us Weekly that “Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage” and that their problems started a few months ago when Lopez got busier with her work and preparing for her tour. The source mentioned that Lopez is very focused on work as she gets ready for her summer tour, This Is Me … Live, starting next month.

The insider also said, “They are on two completely different pages most of the time.” However, another source confirmed that they are not planning to separate and are working on their relationship.

Lopez and Affleck, known as “Bennifer,” have a long history together. They first dated in the early 2000s after meeting on the set of their movie Gigli. They got engaged but called off their wedding in 2003 and split in January 2004.

They reconnected in May 2021, nearly 20 years after their first engagement. They got married in July 2022 in Las Vegas and had a traditional ceremony with friends and family in Georgia the following month.

Both Affleck and Lopez have been married before. Lopez was married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony, with whom she has twins, Emme and Maximilian. Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner, and they have three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. They separated in 2015 and finalized their divorce in 2018.
