Coming back to Mahomes’ foundation, The “15 and the Mahomies Foundation” was established back in 2019, and has accomplished so much for society that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on the people of Kansas City.

What has Patrick Mahomes’ charity done till now?

The NFL quarterback was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2017 NFL draft. Soon after two years of recognition, on April 2, 2019, Patrick Mahomes launched “15 and the Mahomies” mission to improve the lives of children, supporting initiatives like children’s education, health, communities in need of resources, and much more. In August of the same year, the QB donated Adidas sneakers to high school athletes in Texas, who were in need of the resources. Then in October of the same year, he hosted 15 kids and family members for his game against the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium.

Furthermore, in November, he partnered with KC Pet Project, leading a mission to provide pet food and resources to 15 families for a year. Later, in 2020, the young legend gave 15 scholarships to children of the United States Navy SEALs and also launched the “Read for 15” program at KC and Texans to encourage children to develop the habit of reading for 15 minutes. His foundation also helped children with disabilities, providing them custom bikes and granting them with medicine programs. Apart from him, even Brittany Mahomes has always participated equally in the events. In July of this year, she asked teachers to send her their Amazon wishlists and promised to gift them the items on the list.
