Lionel Messi calls referee ‘bad motherfu**er’ and ‘son of a bi**h’ at the end of Inter Miami game
“You’re a bad motherf**er, you’re a bad motherfu**er. Son of a bi**h, you stink,” Lionel Messi reportedly told referee Ramy Touchan at the end of Inter Miami v Charlotte.
The Argentine was fuming about the referee’s decision not to award Inter Miami a penalty for a possible foul on Luis Suarez in the final minutes of the game.
If not for Jordi Alba’s intervention, Messi would’ve possibly got a red card.
Inter Miami have shared the spoils with Charlotte, 1-1. Tata Martino’s side are comfortably top of their Conference table with 65 points ahead of the MLS play-offs.
