Laporta: We will do everything possible to win the Champions League
Barcelona president Joan Laporta, has stated that he will do everything possible to win the Champions League this season. This came during a conversation captured by Sport, where a fan expressed hopes for new signings.
When asked if Barcelona would win the Champions League, Laporta replied, “We will do everything possible.” He emphasised the need for the team to maintain their current momentum, saying, “Now, what we have to do is continue like this, little by little. We are doing things well, and there is a good atmosphere in the club and in the locker room.”
Laporta also expressed confidence in Hansi Flick’s management. “All of us cules are in love with Flick. He is still adapting, but he has been studying Barca for a long time, and there are many things that are not new to him,” he noted.
He appreciated Flick’s press conference style, adding, “I really like the way he conducts press conferences. This English and German thing suits him well…” with a laugh.
