Despite the challenging nature of the workout, she maintained a positive attitude and even made a lighthearted joke about being sore the next day. It is evident that J.Lo takes her fitness seriously, as evidenced by a striking photo she shared earlier this year of herself in a vibrant pink bikini.

However, it should be noted that the photo was actually taken on the set of her upcoming film “Hustlers,” where she will be portraying a character. Nevertheless, J.Lo is committed to maintaining her strong physical form and overall physique, even if it requires putting in the hard work before she can enjoy the party scene.
