Memphis Depay left Europe for Brazil, signing with Corinthians on a two-year deal earlier this week.
Ex-Barcelona icon Neymar Junior was one of the first to react to the news, sharing a message for the Dutchman on Instagram.
“Welcome to Brazil, bro. Enjoy my country.”
“It’s f**ked seeing this guy go play in Brazil. Hopefully more and more players of this level come to Brazilian football,” he later added.
