In 2014, Zinedine Zidane Selected His ‘Dream’ World Football XI

Zinedine Zidane had an extraordinary playing career and later transitioned his vast experience from those successful days to the managerial role at Real Madrid. The legendary Frenchman began with the club’s B team before taking over the senior squad at Santiago Bernabeu in January 2016.

This appointment turned out to be a brilliant move for Madrid, as Zidane guided his former club to incredible successes, winning three consecutive UEFA Champions League titles from 2016 to 2018.

During his two tenures at the Bernabeu, Zidane coached a remarkable array of world-class players, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, and Luka Modric. Renowned for his exceptional footballing insight, it was fascinating to hear him his best XI in world football back in 2014.
