‘I hope Haaland will come to La Liga’: David Villa
“To have [Erling] Haaland against [Kylian] Mbappe in La Liga…. I hope Haaland can come,” David Villa has told the media.
“I don’t think they will become what Messi and Cristiano were, but it would be good,” the former Barcelona, Valencia and Atletico Madrid striker added.
Barca reportedly consider going for the superstar striker in the coming years, having contacted his agent already. Haaland’s current deal with Manchester City expires in 2027.
The 24-year-old has started the Premier League season by scoring nine goals in just four matches.
