A$AP Rocky is appearing in a new campaign for Bottega Veneta called Portraits of Fatherhood with his sons RZA, two, and Riot Rose, 10 months.

The rapper, 35, is leaning into his Daddy status in the adorable black and white snaps set in a living room where he plays with the kids he shares with Rihanna, 36.

The images were released on Father’s Day, June 16.

‘This is the evolution of Mr. Mayers,’ A$AP Rocky – real name Rakim Mayers – said in a statement via Dazed.

‘This is me embodying and embracing fatherhood, parenthood, companionship, and family, while still working on all aspects of my career,’ Bottega Veneta’s latest brand ambassador said.

In one of the photos, he lifts Riot into the air and kisses him on his forehead while dressed head-to-toe in Matthieu Blazy’s latest collection for Bottega Veneta.

In another snap, the boys play on a toy piano while he plays a keyboard next to them.

Riot and RZA both wear ‘Best Dad’ baby-gros while interacting with their dad in the photos.

‘This player persona is very pushed. When you think about a rapper, you think about adolescence, about the single bachelor lifestyle,’ Rocky explained to Dazed about his embrace of marriage and family life.

‘When you think about A$AP Rocky, you think about a playboy, pretty boy, bras being thrown on stage,’ he continued.

‘This is about me as a one-woman man, as a family man. It’s about what completes my life now: being present as a partner and a parent.’

There’s also a short film accompanying the shoot, directed by Carrie Mae Weems and music supervised by Rocky.

‘Rocky’’s concerns as an African American man with children profoundly moved me,’ Weems said. ‘Historically there has been a deep lack of honest representation of the Black family. It has been distorted for centuries.

‘This was a unique opportunity to say something not just positive, but truthful – not just about Rocky’s own experience, but about how that reflects out to the broader population.

‘In the wake of all the atrocities committed against Black men – particularly because of their masculinity – Rocky can be seen with his children, in love. To be able to speak that authenticity through him was galvanizing,’ she continued.

The new snaps come after Rihanna opened up about her hopes for expanding her family further.

The Diamonds singer told Entertainment Tonight, that she ‘definitely’ wants ‘more kids.’

The songstress recently said she would love to have a girl, but joked that clearly hasn’t ‘worked out’ yet, since she welcomed two boys in 15 months apart.

The nine-time Grammy winner went on to confirm that she is ‘not pregnant.’
