It’s a big day for fans of the incomparable Jon Bon Jovi . Not only has he been singing into our hearts for over 40 years, but he’s proven that not all rock stars are total jerks. In fact, his philanthropic efforts are part of the reason why I will be singing his praises today.

Bon Jovi is one of the best bands to come out of the ’80s, and that’s saying a lot because, of course, as we know, the ’80s was the greatest time for music.

The band’s frontman, Jon Bon Jovi, has been a heartthrob ever since he stepped onto the scene in his ripped jeans and handkerchief.
Now, this man with the golden voice and even more golden locks is celebrating the big 6-0!
As you can tell, the rockstar has barely aged — probably because of all the amazing charity work he does.
If you didn’t know, he runs donation-based restaurants where those in need can dine for free and repay by helping clean up. How incredible is that?
