Jelly Roll Announces New Album, Beautifully Broken, Dropping in October, Recently Got Vulnerable With Fans On Social Media

After stepping away from social media following an onslaught of internet trolls coming at him, Jelly Roll returned yesterday to address his fans on TikTok. He told fans that while social media isn’t his strong suit, it’s a necessary evil for promoting “the biggest album of my life,” he said.

With the album announcement on deck, he shared that Beautifully Broken is “an album that I have dedicated literally 18 months to writing,” adding, “And because of that, I’m fixing to be all over TikTok.”

Jelly Roll continued, “And don’t make fun of me if you see my fat a–s dancing on here, doing the Cha Cha Slide or something with one of my new songs. I’m just trying to create awareness for this album … I’m coming here blatantly asking for support, y’all,” he added. “And I hope I don’t annoy the f–k out of y’all, but man, I’m fixing to start posting, dude.”

Fans can look forward to not only an album and a tour, but a renewed Jelly Roll as a fixture on TikTok. While social media isn’t always the most positive place, Jelly asked for support and grace as he engaged in a now necessary part of releasing an album.
